Should you wish to place your preferred Serenity Villa accommodation option on hold for a few days whilst you finalise travel arrangements – no problem just let us know.

Upon finalising your booking, a 25% deposit will be required to confirm your dates.

The balance of your booking will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival – full payment will be required  

Should you require to amend your booking we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Should this not be possible due to other booking commitments – your booking will be considered as cancelled – please see point  below. 

Should you need to cancel your stay this may be done up to 8 weeks prior to the start date of your proposed rental. Your deposit will be returned to you. 

For cancellations within 8 weeks of the start date of your rental period no refunds will be given.

Details of payment options for both deposit and balance will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Full T&C's will be provided upon request.

Please note that Serenity Villa is a fully non-smoking property.
