A main open plan living, dining & kitchen area opens via 2 double patio doors onto a large covered terrace.

The modern living area has a lounging area with an L-shaped sofa, wonderful ocean views, a large flat screen cable TV with Netflix, DVD & high speed Wifi.

There is also a separate reading area with a Bluetooth speaker.

DVD and book libraries are provided for your convenience.

The living, dining & kitchen area is independently fully screened. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy cooking whilst on vacation, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, toaster & hand blender.

Upper Covered Deck

The open plan living area opens onto a large 700 sqft covered deck area. Here you will find comfortable dining for up to 6 people, informal lounging areas & sun loungers.

Master Bedroom Suite 1

A dual aspect fully screened suite with sea views via double patio doors opening to one end of the large covered deck. The suite has side views across the pool and garden areas. 

A Super-King luxury Vispring bed is provided to ensure your vacation experience is enhanced with high quality sleep. 

The suite is equipped with a large separate closet area, ceiling fan, safe and Bluetooth speaker.

The bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower

Master Bedroom Suite 2 

A dual aspect fully screened suite with sea views via double patio doors opening to one end of the large covered deck. The suite has side views across  garden areas towards undeveloped woodland.

A Super-King luxury Vispring bed is provided to ensure your vacation experience is enhanced with high quality sleep. 

The suite is equipped with a large separate closet area, ceiling fan, safe and Bluetooth speaker.

The bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower.

Swimming pool

Serenity has a generous 30ft chlorine friendly swimming pool. This "saltwater" style pool operates with a lower level of generated chlorine - providing a much more comfortable swimming experience for your eyes and skin.

Ideal for couples, or as additional space - in conjunction with the upper apartment - Serenity Studio is a great value, comfortable & well equipped self contained option. 

Serenity Studio has its own private entrance, decked lounging area and direct access to the swimming pool.

The  main open plan room is duel aspect with a small but well equipped kitchen overlooking the pool area. 

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, electric oven, 2 burner gas hob & toaster.

Off of the main room is a generous sized bathroom with walk-in rain-style shower  and walk-in closet area.

The Studio is equipped with a Super-King luxury Vispring bed and ceiling fan, Bluetooth sound bar & safe. As with the upper apartment - free high speed internet is provided along with a local mobile phone.
